For anyone looking for fresh Mexican food in San Francisco's Financial District, a stop at Caramba for breakfast or lunch is a must. Not only is the food amazing and the service friendly, but the chefs at Caramba use only top quality ingredients in their dishes and never use preservatives or lard.
Our savory breakfast burritos and nacho fries are a huge hit with patrons, and our lunch choices are diverse and plentiful. We offer tasty tacos, over-stuffed burritos, cheesy nachos and warm quesadillas daily with a choice of nine different meats, as well as salsa and side dishes that are made fresh every morning. Caramba also offers a variety of vegetarian options for herbivores and wheat or spinach and tomato tortillas for health nuts. Skeptical? Just ask the people eating, if you can get them to look up.
When I first went to Caramba, I expected it to be super expensive because it was in the FiDi, but they have some of the best prices for Mexican food in town. The staff is always so nice and friendly. -- Rose V.
Caramba catered a business lunch at my company one day, and everyone was so impressed with the food. We had the beef fajitas and the fresh green salad trays, and I was amazed to find out that the food actually tastes fresh. So many restaurants serve brown, wilted salad, but not Caramba. I will be eating there again soon. -- Chloe T.
I moved to San Francisco from Houston, Texas last year, and one thing I really miss about home is the Mexican food. Luckily, I found Caramba. Their food is closer to the real deal than anything else in the Financial District. I will keep going back when I need a reminder of home. -- Jeb S.
I stop by Caramba almost every morning to get one of their breakfast burritos. Everyone there is so nice, and the price is right! They are really quick for take-out, which is great since I'm always running late for work. My favorite is the chorizo and egg burrito. -- Holly M.
